Man what an amazing day! Here are a few of the thoughts running through my head:

    • Worship was incredible! I love our worship here at Solid Rock. Pastor Heidi & the team never fail to take us right into the presence of God.
    • Today we saw a great move of God, people worshiping and really entering into His presence.
    • We continued the series “The Lies of The Devil” by talking about the lies that keep us from being “IN” Christ.
    • The lie that the Devil uses most against believers is to follow your heart. Jeremiah 17:9 says:

“The heart is hopelessly dark and deceitful, a puzzle that no one can figure out.”

    • We can’t go by emotions or else we will be all over the place. Settle in your heart who you are in Christ and live for Him no matter the circumstances or how you feel.
    • Ushers & Greeters, thank you for being the face of Solid Rock – you are the first faces that people see as the walk through the doors. We had several new people here today & more than one commented on how welcome they felt by so many of you!
    • Our parking lot in front of the church was full again today, we noticed that many were driving around looking for a place to park. If those of you who call Solid Rock your church would join our staff in parking around the building or in the North East parking lot, that would free up some spaces in the front for our visitors.
    • For those worried about parking in the back we do have some men who are patrolling the parking lots to keep our cars secure.
    • Remember that full parking lots & sanctuary’s are just signs of God’s favor & blessing on our church & our best days are ahead.
    • I want to encourage all of us to continue to share Christs love with our family and friends and continue to invite and bring them to our Sunday morning worship experiences.
    • Just a quick note about our “Connect Groups” if you are attending one of our groups you already know the blessing & difference they are making in people’s lives. If you are not attending a “Connect Group” I strongly encourage you to get connected. They are our way of not only staying in touch with each other but also a way to plug your friends and family in.
    • Solid Rock you are the best and I love being connected with you. Have a great week.

    Pastor Dan.
